1. Who we are
This store is operated by Sell-U Latam LLC ("we", "us"). If you have any question, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@sellulatam.com.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or the contact channels shown on the product. An order is confirmed only once we reply to you and payment is arranged. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we spot an obvious pricing error, in which case you get a full refund.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown on each product and may change over time. We confirm the final price, shipping cost and payment method with you before you pay. We never charge you without confirmation.
4. Returns & refunds
We want you to love what you receive. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Message us first so we can arrange the return.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — then it's on us.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, personal-care and cosmetic products can only be returned if unopened and sealed.
5. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
6. Product information
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly between screens and real life. Handmade and natural products can have small natural variations — that's part of their charm, not a defect.
7. Liability
Our products are sold for their intended everyday use. Please follow any instructions on the label. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased.
